Immediate opening: bread baker (Arkansas)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a bread baker in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based in a bread factory. What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • 2+ years' experience as a baker Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; score the top of loaves before baking; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity; grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. We offer $3,200 per month plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
