Groundsman — Scott County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a groundsman in Scott County, Kentucky. The job is on a golf course. Day-to-day duties: • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Cut back tree branches and clear overhanging limbs • Plant seasonal bedding plants, bulbs and saplings Requirements: • Valid driving licence for travel between sites • Good knowledge of common plants, shrubs and seasonal planting Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
