Great opportunity: we are hiring a baker in McMinn County, Tennessee. You will work at a café with an on-site bakery. What we are looking for: • 2+ years' experience as a baker • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Day to day you will boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter.
