Bakery assistant — Sabon Gari

Join our team: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Sabon Gari, Kaduna State. Day-to-day duties: • Roll out short-crust and biscuit dough • Monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving Full-time with occasional weekends.
