Requirements: • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts You will pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line; log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay; clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard; snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses; solder small connectors and check the joints under a magnifier; report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away. 5+ years on the tools preferred.
