Panel beater — Knox County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a panel beater in Knox County, Ohio. You will be based in a smash repair workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection • Strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair • Pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder • Shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer • Check alignment with measuring gauges after a structural pull • Measure and set panel gaps for an even shut line Ideal candidate: • Steady hand for filler work and block sanding • Attention to detail and a clean, even finish • Trade certificate in auto body repair an advantage At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. $220 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
