Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Polk County, Arkansas. You should have: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day to day you will monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha. Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Meals and transport allowance provided. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Apply today to start as soon as possible.
