Kitchen steward — Union County

Join our team: we are hiring a kitchen steward in Union County, Ohio. The role involves: • Restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading • Empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard • Sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations Ideal candidate: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts.
