Immediate opening: we are hiring a D6/D8 dozer operator in Lewis County, Missouri. You will work at a land-clearing site. What we are looking for: • Familiar with GPS and laser machine-control systems • Willing to work on remote sites and rotating rosters Your main tasks: • Grade and level subgrade for roads, pads and platforms • Carry out pre-start checks on tracks, hydraulics, coolant and engine oil • Maintain haul roads and keep drainage falls clear • Work to the dig plan and the banksman's signals • Strip topsoil and stockpile it for later reuse • Rip hard ground and rock using the rear ripper shank Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
