Shuttering charge hand — Saint Johns County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering charge hand in Saint Johns County, Florida. The job is at a precast concrete yard. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Day-to-day duties: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Assemble and align system formwork panels (Doka, Peri, MIVAN) Pay around $3,100 per month, based on your experience. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
