Milling machine operator — Morris County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a milling machine operator in Morris County, Kansas. You will work in a toolroom. What we are looking for: • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery • 2-3 years' hands-on milling experience Your main tasks: • Apply cutting coolant and clear swarf from the machine bed • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production • Keep in-process inspection records and log production counts • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
