We are recruiting: we are hiring an electronics assembly operator in Perkins County, South Dakota. You will work at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. Day-to-day duties: • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Log defects and place rejected units in the rework bay • Wear an ESD wrist strap when handling circuit boards • Pick the correct parts from the kit bins and feed them to the line • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Ideal candidate: • Able to stand for the full shift and do repetitive hand work • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets 1+ years on the tools preferred.
