Safety inspector — Custer County

Join our team: we are hiring a safety inspector in Custer County, Colorado. You will run fire drills and check extinguishers, hydrants and alarm points; record accident statistics and keep the safety logbook up to date; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; stop unsafe work and brief the supervisor on corrective action; audit housekeeping and barricading around excavations and open edges; enforce lockout-tagout (LOTO) on energised and rotating equipment. Ideal candidate: • Valid first aid and basic firefighting training • Sound knowledge of local OSH and factory act regulations Pay around $3,600 per month, based on your experience.
