Lifting rigger — Clinton County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Clinton County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio • Fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. We offer $190 per day plus benefits. Part-time with flexible hours. Walk-in interviews this week.
