Join our team: we are hiring a lathe programmer-operator in Maiduguri, Borno State. Day-to-day duties: • Measure finished parts with micrometers and vernier calipers • Check diameters and lengths against the spec sheet • Set up workpieces in three-jaw chucks and collets • Load and index turning tools in the turret • Adjust feeds and speeds to control the surface finish Ideal candidate: • ITI / NCVT certificate in the machinist (turner) trade preferred • Able to hold tolerances to ±0.01 mm • Minimum 2 years on CNC lathes with Fanuc or Siemens controls On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
