Join our team: dish pit attendant (Oklahoma)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Noble County, Oklahoma. You will work at a cloud kitchen. Requirements: • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff The role involves: • Top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils • Help unload deliveries and store stock in the dry store and cold room • Clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
