Brick mason wanted in Maury County

Join our team: we are hiring a brick mason in Maury County, Tennessee. The job is on a new-build development. Requirements: • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Own trowel, spirit level and basic hand tools • CSCS card or willingness to obtain one The role involves: • Buttering the perpends and tapping each brick down to the gauge • Erecting and working off trestles and scaffold lifts • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
