Material handler — Albemarle County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a material handler in Albemarle County, Virginia. You will be based at a busy distribution centre. Day to day you will carry out cycle counts and full stock takes; scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS; operate a counterbalance or reach forklift to move pallets; segregate returns and process them back into stock; assemble customer orders for dispatch and stage them at the loading bay; check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders. You should have: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Willing to work shifts, nights and weekends • Able to lift up to 25 kg repeatedly throughout the shift Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough.
