Immediate opening: coating plant operator (Georgia)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a coating plant operator in Clay County, Georgia. You will be based at an automotive components factory. Requirements: • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun 2+ years on the tools preferred.
