On the job you will handle: • Set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
