Scaffolder — Saint Clair County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a scaffolder in Saint Clair County, Illinois. You will work on an industrial refinery shutdown. Ideal candidate: • Physically fit for repeated heavy lifting of tubes and boards • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice You will plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level; fix transoms and bracing to keep the structure square and rigid; inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use; install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts; set out base plates and sole boards on firm, level ground; tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $150 per day plus benefits. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
