Your main tasks: • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts What we are looking for: • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required 6+ years on the tools preferred.
