Panel welder — Powell County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel welder in Powell County, Kentucky. You will work at a busy production line. The role involves: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing • Load ER70S-6 wire spools and check the drive rolls • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Read fabrication drawings and weld symbols What we are looking for: • 2+ years on MIG/MAG (GMAW) welding • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances 2+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time, day shift. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $3,100 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Walk-in interviews this week.
