Vacancy available: we are hiring a steward in Terry County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Basic food hygiene awareness (Level 2 certificate a plus) • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff Day to day you will scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations. 1+ years on the tools preferred.
