Cook — Grainger County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a cook in Grainger County, Tennessee. The job is at a roadside dhaba. You will taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases; knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations. You should have: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 4+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
