Immediate opening: we are hiring a rigger in Platte County, Missouri. The job is on an offshore oil and gas platform. On a typical shift you will read lift plans and method statements before starting; tag and quarantine any damaged or out-of-date rigging gear; take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight. You should have: • Willing to work shifts, weekends and outdoors in all weather • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
