We are recruiting: we are hiring a pot washer in Dimmit County, Texas. You will work in a catering unit. Day to day you will load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles; scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils; polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies. Ideal candidate: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred • Punctual, reliable and hard-working At least 3 year(s) in a similar role.
