We are recruiting: plant operator (Iowa)

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a plant operator in Monona County, Iowa. Day to day you will dig foundation trenches and footings to the marked depths and levels; inspect tracks, bucket teeth and pins for wear before start-up; dig and trim drainage channels and attenuation ponds; excavate trenches for water, sewer and cable runs; lift and place pipes, manholes and precast sections with the bucket and chains; clear sites, demolish structures and load out muck and rubble. What we are looking for: • Comfortable with GPS or laser machine control • Own PPE — safety boots, hi-vis and hard hat 3+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends.
