Tig welder — Carbon County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a tig welder in Carbon County, Utah. Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Own basic hand tools and PPE • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through Your main tasks: • Inspect welds for porosity, undercut and lack of fusion • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Weld stainless steel, aluminium and mild steel in thin gauges • Run root passes and fill passes on pipe joints At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Pay around $3,800 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
