Visual inspection operator — Scott County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a visual inspection operator in Scott County, Iowa. What we are looking for: • Willing to work rotating and night shifts • Confident using vernier callipers, micrometers and gauges The role involves calibrate and verify hand gauges before each shift; operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools; check visually for scratches, dents, burrs and colour variation; segregate and quarantine defective or out-of-tolerance items; raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches; check packaging, labelling and barcode accuracy before dispatch.
