The role involves: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Vacuum-pack and wrap customer orders • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case Requirements: • 2+ years experience working as a butcher • Confident knife skills and safe blade handling Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
