Shopfront glazier — Ritchie County

Now hiring: we are hiring a shopfront glazier in Ritchie County, West Virginia. You will grind and polish cut edges to take off the sharp arris; handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame; work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders; cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers; apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass; secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points. What we are looking for: • Proven experience as a glazier or glass fitter • Comfortable working at height with scaffolding and ladders • Aware of safe glass handling and PPE such as cut-resistant gloves Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
