CNC milling operator • Crosby County, Texas

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC milling operator in Crosby County, Texas. What we are looking for: • Knows feeds, speeds and tooling for steel, aluminium and cast iron • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T • Safety conscious and comfortable wearing PPE around moving machinery On the job you will handle: • Monitor tool wear and change blunt inserts and cutters • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges • Load and edit CNC programs (G-code) at the Fanuc/Siemens control • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing We offer $4,000 per month plus benefits.
