Vacancy available: gang bricklayer (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a gang bricklayer in Calderdale, England. You will be based at a residential building site. On a typical shift you will building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses; building cavity walls and bedding in wall ties and insulation; checking every course for height and level with a gauge rod; bedding in air bricks, weep holes and wall starters. Requirements: • NVQ Level 2 in Bricklaying an advantage • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks • Sound knowledge of mortar mixes and bonds (stretcher, English, Flemish) Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
