Electrostatic spray painter • McPherson County, Kansas

Great opportunity: we are hiring an electrostatic spray painter in McPherson County, Kansas. You will be based in a metal finishing workshop. On a typical shift you will check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches. What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth 6+ years on the tools preferred. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Contact us to fix an interview.
