Production machine operator — Madison County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a production machine operator in Madison County, Indiana. You will be based at an auto-parts workshop. On the job you will handle: • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Record output, scrap and downtime on the production sheet • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper What we are looking for: • Good attention to detail and steady hands • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges 4+ years on the tools preferred.
