Join our team: we are hiring an excavator operator in Oakland County, Michigan. What we are looking for: • Valid heavy equipment / plant operator licence • Able to operate excavator, loader and dozer confidently • Knowledge of pre-start inspections and basic machine maintenance On a typical shift you will carry out daily pre-start checks on engine oil, coolant, hydraulic fluid and track tension; load trucks with spoil, aggregate and overburden using the bucket; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material; check for underground cables and services before digging. At least 3 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time with occasional weekends. Performance bonus on top of base pay. $5,200 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
