You will make sure everyone is seated and belted before moving off; check engine oil, coolant and washer fluid levels before each shift; pick up and drop staff at designated stops on schedule; check the first-aid kit and fire extinguisher on board; keep a daily trip log and record mileage and fuel used; carry out pre-trip checks on tyres, brakes, lights and mirrors.
