Bread baker — Hansford County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bread baker in Hansford County, Texas. You will work at a neighbourhood confectionery. You will grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds; laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter; rotate stock and follow FIFO on raw materials; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; load and unload the deck oven with a peel. What we are looking for: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to stand for long hours in a hot kitchen • Familiar with deck, rack and convection ovens We offer $240 per day plus benefits. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
