Now hiring: we are hiring a machine setter-operator in Clay County, Mississippi. Day to day you will segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches; load raw material and feed stock into the machine hopper; set up and start the machine as per the job card; measure parts with vernier calliper, micrometer and go/no-go gauges; follow lockout-tagout before cleaning or clearing the machine; clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line. What we are looking for: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • ITI or diploma in fitter or machinist trade an advantage • Willing to work rotating day and night shifts At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
