Brick mason — Tehama County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a brick mason in Tehama County, California. You will work on a commercial construction site. What we are looking for: • Comfortable working at height on scaffolding • Able to lay to line, level and plumb consistently • Proven experience laying facing and engineering bricks Your main tasks: • Spreading and furrowing mortar beds with the trowel • Setting out walls from the drawings and marking the brick gauge • Brushing the wall down and removing mortar snots as you go • Building the corners (leads) first and racking back the courses Six days a week, one day off.
