CNC mill setter-operator — Dakota County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a CNC mill setter-operator in Dakota County, Minnesota. You will work in a die and mould making unit. Day-to-day duties: • Machine slots, pockets, flats, keyways and contours to drawing • Deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery • Mount workpieces in machine vices, clamps and fixtures and check for square • Read engineering drawings and GD&T to plan the machining sequence • Select and fit end mills, face mills and slot drills into collets and arbors • Measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges You should have: • ITI/NCVT certificate in machinist or turner trade • Physically fit to stand and lift workpieces Part-time with flexible hours.
