Paint booth operator — Monterey County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a paint booth operator in Monterey County, California. Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg You will mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun.
