Now hiring: we are hiring a machine operator in Gbako, Niger State. The job is at a busy manufacturing plant. The role involves: • Carry out daily clean-down and 5S of the work station • Clear jams and remove rejected parts from the line • Top up coolant, lubricant and hydraulic oil levels • Segregate finished parts into bins and label the batches • Report breakdowns to the maintenance fitter • Key in cycle parameters such as speed, feed rate and temperature Ideal candidate: • Basic record-keeping and part-counting skills • Comfortable using vernier, micrometer and gauges • Good attention to detail and steady hands Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
