Final inspection operator — Torfaen County Borough

Great opportunity: we are hiring a final inspection operator in Torfaen County Borough, Wales. You will be based at a pharmaceutical packaging facility. On the job you will handle: • Draw samples from batches according to AQL sampling plans • Operate height gauges, profile projectors and coordinate measuring tools • Raise non-conformance reports and tag rejected batches • Inspect welds, paint finish and surface defects under inspection lighting • Compare components against approved samples and engineering drawings You should have: • Understanding of AQL sampling and tolerance limits • Able to read engineering drawings and GD&T symbols Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. £2,450 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
