Powder coating operator wanted in Des Moines County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating operator in Des Moines County, Iowa. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. Day to day you will keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations. Requirements: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg We offer $5,300 per month plus benefits.
