Stitching operator wanted in Emuoha

Immediate opening: we are hiring a stitching operator in Emuoha, Rivers State. You will be based in a sampling and tailoring workshop. Day-to-day duties: • Inspect each piece for skipped stitches, broken thread and needle holes • Keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line • Clear thread jams, re-time the looper and oil the machine before the shift • Attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet What we are looking for: • Understands fabric types and how to handle knits versus wovens • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching 3+ years on the tools preferred.
