Great opportunity: we are hiring a cake decorator in Marengo County, Alabama. You will be based at a busy bakery. Day-to-day duties: • Decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing • Proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them • Prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Food handler / hygiene certificate 3+ years on the tools preferred.
