Formwork erector wanted in McCormick County

Join our team: we are hiring a formwork erector in McCormick County, South Carolina. The job is on a busy high-rise construction site. On the job you will handle: • Read formwork drawings and setting-out marks to position the shutters • Cut and assemble plywood and timber panels for columns, beams and slabs • Apply mould-release oil to the plywood faces before concreting • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss • Watch the formwork during concreting and tighten up any movement You should have: • Sound understanding of props, bracing and load-bearing • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites • Confident working at height on scaffold and decking Full-time with occasional weekends.
