Framing carpenter wanted in De Baca County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a framing carpenter in De Baca County, New Mexico. You will be based at a shopfitting company. Day to day you will fix studwork and plasterboard partitions; measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain; cut mortise-and-tenon and dovetail joints with chisels and a mallet. What we are looking for: • Physically fit to lift, kneel and work at height • Own basic hand tools • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience 1+ years on the tools preferred. Pay around $2,600 per month, based on your experience. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Part-time with flexible hours. Contact us to fix an interview.
